My preferred interaction with an organisation is firstly to give everyone an overview of what menopause is and how it can impact on women’s lives and careers and those they share their lives with both at home and at work.
I think it’s important that there is an understanding that the effects that menopause can have on a woman’s mental well-being can have a knock-on effect to their partners and close family whose performance at work might also be affected.
This can be a day spent with the organisation, running several sessions so that all the workforce isn’t tied up at the same time.
